You can discover it in many different ways, from cultivation to markets in Limogne and Lalbenque, without forgetting, of course, to savour it in the local dishes.

As every year, the Limogne Winter Truffles Market to start on 1 December to Friday from 10:30 on the church square. It usually lasts until early March.

The Summer Truffles Market is held on Sundays at 10:30, on the place of Occitania (opposite the tourist office) from mid-June to mid-August.

From the 1st Tuesday in December, every Tuesday until mid-March, the Lalbenque Truffle Market takes place in the main street of Lalbenque
  "Market Street Truffle".
The scent of truffles wafts the main street and the surrounding streets, shoppers and tourists throng along the stalls, where farmers start selling their crop.
The retail market starts at 14 o'clock,
the wholesale market starts at 14:30.
